My Carbon 12 has an issue with the chart function. I'm getting a black circle or half circle that follows my current location icon. As I move with my trolling motor the blacked out area also moves. None of the rest of the chart is affected. Also if I am not moving, the entire chart will move on the screen.
I am using the internal GPS antenna.
Anyone have an idea what is happening?

Does anyone know the overall width of a 12" Lowrance Live? I measured my Elite 9 and it was 12" so I added 3" but not sure if 15" is a good measurement for the 12" Live HDS.

W 13.68 inches H 9 inches D 3.26 inches Thanks, I Googled it and found that after I posted. Not sure if that includes the knobs. I should be OK even if it doesn't.

My Carbon 12 beeps all the time. It's not a steady rhythm. It does it while I'm showing a split screen of 2d sonar and my chart. It's not real loud. I can't hear it while I'm running the big motor. But as soon as I stop I can hear and it's really annoying. I'm pretty sure that it's not the depth alarm. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Mounting HDS 12 gimbal bracket on the console of my 2200 Bay Champ. Should I use the supplied black screws or bolt it? My console is at least 1" thick and boat rides smooth. I used the screws and mounted it on my 1-1/2" work bench. It is very secure and mount feels solid.

Dumb noob question probably asked before but I am not sure what to search for
I believe my new tracker boat came with hook reveal and splitshot transducer
Can I easily swap the triple shot and it work easily?

I see now that the tripleshot transducer is an absolute lemon and that I should get a unit that does not rely on that transducer
