I know this topic has been talked about before but can't recall the answer to my question. With the Costa 580s, what color lens is best for seeing in the water and overall best for fishing? Thanks

Another vote for the green mirror

Cloudy and overcast = Amber or copper
Bright bluebird skies = Blue mirror
Only one pair for both = Green mirror

That's my preference anyway

i have the green mirror 580 glass lenses. they are based on the amber lens. fathom frames. they are wonderful! no headaches from eye fatigue with these even in bright sunlight. they were pricey, at bass pro shops... but worth it to me.

I had amber 400s, they were great but would make the water color brown. I was always lowering them to see the real color every time I changed spots. Have had 580 green mirror for about a month (THANKS BASS CHAMPS, PEOPLE REALLY DO WIN) and they are sweeeeet. They seem to do a better of not drowning everything in brown. These glasses do such a great job of cutting glare that you don't even relize is there. Its like hd for your eyes. Only downside is cost (thanks again BASS CHAMPS),if you have an extra couple hundred bucks you can live without, you'll love the glasses.
