I was there last Tuesday during the bluebird and caught em everywhere I went. Every roadbed, hump, point we fished with a DD22 we caught sandies.... Practicing for Striper fishing?

I guess I am doing it all wrong as I just fished Fork for 4 days and never caught a sandbass. caught lots of bass though from 3' to 25' deep. I honestly have not caught one the last 10 trips or so. Maybe its the areas I am fishing or something. So...ummm...Mr.Perry..Sir.....umm..... exactly where did you did you go that you didn't catch sandbass.......... Well?.....Mr Perry, sir...we're waiting.....way points are optional.

I know one cove the raccoons and turtles ate real good that night. Someone must have dump two limits worth on the bank. Guys just give them away to bank fisherman . There's alaways some around the Minnow bucket and public ramps at Fork. Best advice here

You should really see what it is doing to CHANGE the fishing here. Deepholes are over run, a lot of guys that troll can't do a complete pass without having sandbass foul up the lines. Just weird. I guess I'll let u guys in on my secret rig, that is if you want to be on the cutting edge of fishing Lake Fork technology, I believe this is the only place in the U.S where this works, imagine now you line coming from the rod down to a 3 way swvil, from there come down 18-20" to either a KT lure or Chart. slab, behind the slab, 3'or so, run a watermelon zoom lizard or your plastic bait of choice, now go back to the 3 way swvil and about 6-8" of line tie a chart/white fly on, now you got a LF special rig. Once I get these packaged up, the price will be 29.95 ea +SH I'll take 2 dozen, with an option to lease 6 more... Pm me if u need an assembly/mfg partner once the demand kicks in..

I have sent numerous emails and have had a lot of conversations with TPW about removing the length limits. They are not intersested. I am going to start a petition and hope for the best. I will sign it!

CATCH EM,,,CLEAN EM...AND COOK EM... I use them at when I have a large amount of people to feed. They just know FRIED FISH...and eat it up! A couple limits will feed a bunch of hungry souls!

I was there last Tuesday during the bluebird and caught em everywhere I went. Every roadbed, hump, point we fished with a DD22 we caught sandies. It was really frustrating for me. We caught 10 sandies to each black bass all day. I guess I am going to have to change my tactics for Fork. The only bass we caught were on a jig, Fluke and a C-rig in 18'. Never caught a black all day on a crankbait and that is pretty rare for Fork in May.... Ken even catches huge sand bass!!!!
