markers can be used as part of a triangulation, which might throw some off, but bent rods and screaming drags is a lot more attractive to potential helpful fisherpersons.

I gladly tell fellow anglers where I have been catching fish if they ask. We are all in this together, and that is to enjoy our sport and have fun.
I can't be on the water everyday (OH HOW I WISH) so someone needs to be catching them and enjoying themselves.

Jeezim, it's amazing how these threads deteriorate. All because some whiners' feelings got hurt over someone else catching fish. I've helped a lot of folks over the years; I've been helped by a lot of folks over the years, but I just found a nest of folks I wouldn't help if you paid me. Nice catch, Hawkpuppy 1.

Patt I'm not sure deteriorate is the right word. To me, as many stated, this was some good discourse. I enjoyed exchanging notes with Hawkpuppy and I think we all learned some lessons here. HP if you ever want to go out on Hubbard on a hybrid hunt just shoot me a PM. I keep my boat at Harbor Bay and live above the marina and work from home so it's always a go with me... At the end of the day were all after the same thing- more fish! Happy Fishing.

Wow fishboy frank, I want you set up. Working right next to my boat at home by the marina. Doesn't get any better than that.

nice catch Hawkpuppy!
Don't blame you a bit for not wanting to lake name, especially spot name. To the whiners - get off your a$$ and go fishing and learn yourself, bunch of lazy..... What is the world coming to????
I have helped many inperson or via pm but you can not do it on a general forum, if you do, huge chance your spot will be overridden by lazy rude inconsiderate people. Been there, done that, once is all it took.
Thanks for sharing your successful adventure Hawkpuppy!

Cd I have to tether myself to my my home office desk some days when I see the birds working from my balcony! I keep two sets of binoculars upstairs and down and can literally watch the action. It's a blessing for sure. I've been in high tech for a long time and when Broadband came around I've been able to work for home for past 15-years....

I know its an old post but had to chime in. I fish Proctor alot and have done very good there. I'm pretty forth coming with info and it don't bother me at all. I have told people many many times where and how I'm doing it and they STILL cant figure it out! Its all up to the individual. Dont let it get to you, You could probably Give GPS coordinates and what lure you were using and most would still not catch fish and then they'll think your lying! Good haul by the way!
