I am not for sure on the north end of the lake, but you can get them on the south end at the Shell Station and the One Stop in Runaway Bay.

That is where I have been putting in, didn't notice any minnow sign while at that Shell, cool.
Thanks

If you ever put in at Wise County Park there is a lady on the right just as you turn on the road into the park. She sells minnows "sometimes" and other bait.

Thanks for the heads up, don't know if I will ever put in that far North, but those minows she "sometime" sells may be great for me since I only catch fish "sometimes" smile

Like the light too. I had one, but don't have a clue where it is. May have to break down and get another, is that one A/C?

May have time to take the wife out for an evening/night trip, any suggestions which way to go. I will put in at the bridge if that helps and am vaguely familiar with the lake, (only been 4 times)

Thanks

Go north "western"! Look for brush in 10-15 ft of water.

it's the crapy days that make the good days that much better!!!

LS, thanks, think all the way up to where the rivers feed in? That would be close to North side Marina correct? I will try to give it a go this weekend, don't really want to "fight" the daytime crowd!

Western, try fishing the docks on the shade side. Thats where I was catch them off my dock. They move around it following the dark shade in the middle of the day.

Well, I don't know about that. It hasn't made much of an impression on mine. But we can always hope.
