Thanks to Cypress Legend aka Josh for taking me out this weekend. He has a very nice Legend boat and was kind enough to let me ride/drive/fish out of his boat and get much more than a typical demo ride. I feel like I was able to get a very educated first hand opinion of Legend boats.

Biggest thing that stands out on the boat are the fit and finish. Its definitely top notch.

Call Kit Getchell... Store manager at Fun N Sun Granbury. Tell him I sent you and he will take you for a very interesting demo ride...

817-279-1991 Ask for Kit. Remember to tell him I sent you. Trust me it helps when you can give a referral name.

Call me if you need more info.

Will do Paul..I've been meaning to swing by there and talk to Kit.I took a demo in a Fx a couple weeks ago and got to meet some of the guys but they didn't have a Legend out at the time.

Legend makes a great boat but i hate their storage layout. The next boat i buy will either be a legend alpha 211 or a Sratos 210 elite.

Does legend have the same hull as Hawk? I love my hawk and it handles rough water great too.

Hey Ken

Im ready for a demo ride but I also would like to bring some rods with me to see how they fit on the deck, and I will also need to bring some tackle, C-rigs, flutter spoons, DD22's etc, etc... and probably need about a 12 hour boat demo to check everything out. LOL

Yup I got oars on mine. Last week I leaned over to get a drink out of the cooler and flipped the whole thing! Next week white water rafting, it's all the rage.

Ok. I bet that's a good boat too. They all make good ones and i could care less about what brand is best. Most think whatever boat they got is the best. But no matter what the Legends do lean and Stratos I have no clue about. All have pros and cons, bet that there will be gripes about the Champ by someone down the road it just may not be about the ride.

Just went from a 203 Champion to a 211 Alpha and the Alpha is by far a better ride in the rough stuff its also alot more stable platform to fish off.
