Just got my second boat policy from karen. Didnt even shop around. If they do cost more the service and peace of mind is worth it if i ever need to file a claim.

Im telling you if your dealing with karen and the rest of the crew at that office you got nothing to worry about. They just took care of me on a rv claim. Less than a week from start to finish and no hassle.

just switched to Karen she was very nice over the phone and overall excellent service upped my coverage and almost the same price glad i switched from my old Geico carrier

i already have State Farm for every thing i have insured, so no point in switching, i only know two agents from state farm but both are very good and helpful, Karen sounds like an above average agent, that is a great help when problems arise

These guys are the best! Hit a stump on Fork couple weeks back,new case and propshaft. Called Karen and before I could get boat to the shop claim set up and ready to go. Heard from the adjuster in less than two days and check on the way. No fuss or issues,just great customer service!

Cant speak for his claim but mine was paid in full minus my detuctible. Every claim ive had to make has been easy fast and no bs. Been doing business with them for 16 years.
