ITPWD not gonna lift any limits, what they could do is stock Fork with rainbow trout in the winter, let the big girls eat well through the winter and early spring, maybe even get some of those 15-16 lb sows up to about 18-19 lbs (and beyond)... thats a great idea if it would ever happen.. i live an hour north of dallas and the native bass in the trout stocked lakes get huge!!!
