I'm a KVD fan, but I like Skeet, and he can still have a good year. Remember KVD at this time last year? He was hurtin'. His run at the end of last year shows that it isn't over until the last cast.

Top 28 in Elite AOY get in. A few more with double qualifiers. Skeet is in 53rd at 137 points behind 28th with three Elite tournaments left. Swindle has already qulaified through a Open. Not likely he makes that gap up.
He will need to win one of the Elite events to get in or he could also enter a Open event and win it and get in.
I say Skeet's going to be a spectator.

I'm not sure it's not the other way around. Sure, he had a great couple of years and several nice finishes but I think people were way to quick crowning him as one of the kings. How many times has he won the AOY? No doubt the guy can fish but as we're seeing this year, he's still got a loooooong way to go.... A BassMaster Classic and AOY should have been twice if they went back to the way it should be but he has a loooooong way to go yea OK!
