Who wants to make a bet he keeps that boat for about 6 months and goes back to a bullet once he misses the speed?  LOL I am waiting on Sinkey to pass him on the water and it will be for sale!!

Thanks guys. Will let you know what I think as soon as break in is done. From what I hear from the guys that have run the Merc 250 Pro XS then jumped in an identical boat with the SHO 250, the SHO jumps ahead of the Merc by 5-6 boat lengths then after a mile or two the Merc overtakes the SHO.

Maybe, but when they do overtake you, they will be breaking their neck to get a look!! nice boat.

Very nice indeed, but I can't believe you went down to a 250. Have you seen the experimental motor between Mercury and Allison? It is a 400hp jet engine with a Merc. lower unit.
