yes anything you catch there is a keeper!! as far as catfish and trout!!! anything else is not stocked by TPWD (or who ever does the stocking) and is regular limits!!
i hear there are some small crappie and bass in there!!! i have fished there quite often and have yet to catch a bass or crappie!!! but i know for sure there is or was a 3' carp in there!!! i have caught him a few times!!
i have caught some BIG channel cats out of sikes lake too!! FYI

Sam- don't think there's any sandies in Wichita but its good to hear the hybrid basses are getting bigger in Wichita since that lake got restocked but just wanted to warn you that they're hybrids, not sands so be careful of the game wardens out there if you're keeping them.
Let me know if you catch cats there though... curious to see how big theyve gotten. I went fishing for them around this time of the year last year and they were only like 6-8 inches. Tiny.

maybe but it had one stripe all the way down the body!! according to the poster that is at the boat ramp thats how you tell the diff that and the tooth!! sandies only have one tooth while strippers have 2 looks kinda like this page!! Identification of Yellow, White, Striped and Hybrid Striped Bass but i could very well be wrong!! i coulda smoked a lil to much before i left the house!!

I heard that Henrietta is FINALLY starting to heat up. You might go there. I would but somehow the tarp came off my boat while it was raining so I'm draining it. I hope everything is okay!
