spent last 24 hrs on cooper. south sulphur ramp is good. do need to be careful getting out of cove to main lake. would suggest staying wella way from bank while leaving ramp. park office showed lake up 8 inches from may 2 to may 3. rain helped a bit.

Appreciate the reports you post Tony. Back in March I talked my neighbor into switching from crowded Fork to try some hybrid fishing at cooper. Had to show him your videos and we were on our way. Must have caught 60 hybrids.

4 - Limited Use Cabins. These shelters have 2 sets of bunk beds (1 set with twin beds and 1 set with 1 twin and 1 full.) this shelter also has a microwave, refrigerator, A/C, heat, and a lock on the door. Outside there is a picnic table, fire ring, water spigot, and a lantern hook. 8 people total allowed, maximum of 5 inside and 3 outside with tents. Customer must furnish all bed linens:
$45 per night
$35 per night (from Nov-Feb)

I have stayed in these several times, there is a full service restroom and showersin the area.

It ain't easy making it look easy.

They seem to book fast. I have stayed at Johns creek on the other side a few times you can use the ramp next to the or drive around its not that far to drive.

I agree, we had a 3 man limit using roadrunners off the bank about 10 yards from the shore.

I'll be back out there in the am. If I dont catch anything I'm blaming Tony for giving all the fish in the lake a sore mouth. Heck they can only hit a sassy shad so many times till they get smart.

hooked
