Did the fire get to the area between Hwy 16 and Hwy 4?

Hmmm seems like a few of us want to do this. I have never done it but I really want to, we need to figure out a time to try it. Meet at rochelles on a Friday launch around 4pm or so and do the two day trip.

I figured it was gonna be some insane amount. If this come to fruition, it will be a blast!!! I GUARANTEE IT BROTHA!!!

Never used Rochelle's but I imagine if there is more than one vehicle, then you guys can shuttle each other, and the group would only have to pay for one truck to be stored at Rochelle's. Just a thought.

Yes, if you have two vehicles and a way to carry every kayak in one truck, you just pay for parking at Rochelles and leave 1 vehicle at the 16 bridge.
The shuttle is very convenient. Four of us used it 2 weeks ago. It's actually 35 dollars but split 4 ways that's not bad. Plus you save on gas if only one vehicle is used.

Launch on Saturday early morning float and head back up Sunday morning. Have to figure out were some good camp sites are for a one nighter. Let me know what you all want to do I can swing a overnighter easily plus it saves on the shuttle. A full weekend trip would take some planning.

the soonest I can do a one nighter would be the weekend of the 28/29 but that is memorial day weekend and that might be a busy time to float. Then again if we don't care about fishing to much we could BS drink alot of beer and look at all the sites and girls that are floating down the river too  . Any time after that I should be good and if anybody gets a chance to do a full weekend float let us know so we can try to work around that schedule.
