Rapala floating minnow stick bait?
Cordell crankbait?
Rebel Deep Wee R?
Sluggo
Power worm
Lunker Lure
Scumfrog
Snatrix
just throwing out a few I didn't see....

"..The pleasantist angling is to see the fish
Cut with her golden oars the silver stream,
And greedily devour the treacherous bait.

If the Creme worm is not #1 on your list, then there is no justice in the world. That spawned every soft plastic bait there is. There are some other good, innovative old worms that deserve to be on the list (Fliptail, Mr. Twister, Mann's Jelly, etc.), but none of it would have ever happened without Creme first.

Creme worms are definitely the most incluential bass bait of all time. Ain't even close.

has any one mentioned the pico chico. I laughed at my dad when he bought an old one at a gragage sell and told me all his memories about them and then spanked my ### on the water using it an i was using a rattle trap he out fished me 3 to 1. He never will let me forget about that day he still talks about it.

After having two topwater baits in the list so far it would be shocking if the original floating rapala is not at least in the top ten.If the rogue is on the list then the mother of the rogue, the rapala, should be there too.
