Between 8-12 this morning I caught 3 big crappie out at the third bridge!!!

Went to Buffalo this morning and it was PACKED!!! I went out there bassfishing. I made one trip down the dam. There were so many boats and bank fisherman I felt like I was getting in everyones way since I was the only one that wasnt crappie fishing. Talked to a few people and they were catching small ones. One guy said he killed them at arrowhead yesterday in about 10ft of water. After the one pass down the dam I loaded up and went to middle lake and fished

Glad you finally caught some sam. I hope your wife was there to see it or she might not believe you!!

It was the same at arrowhead, I have never seen so many boats and they all wanted to fish the dam. I just played with my new fish finder instead.
This is the time of year that I would much rather fish on weekdays.

must not have been any wind there at the dam cuz it was clear out at scotland!! only 3 other bank fishers!



thanks fishing nurse!!! my wife wasnt there!!! she sleeps all morning!!! thats usually when i do my fishing!!! she can sleep till 12 or 1!! but she was a lil jealous!!

I was Jones'n all day to get on the water. Did anyone get a limit? I had to drive to east Dallas and back. It sure looked nice out. Wind kick up from 10to about 3. How was it here?

No not even close to catching a limit!!!

Pezz- that's mostly why!!! I usually am up at he crack of dawn and get bored sitti g around Then I don't have to hear when you comming home!! But mostly cuz I do actually love hanging out with my wife!! And I have nothing to do while she sleeps the day away!!

Also with these kinda temps heating up I either fish early more in the mornings or towards the evening.



So what's up on our l tourney??

Everyone give me a post of where you want to fish. We will do a $5 dollar tournement Wednesday. $4 for most and/or biggest basket and $1 for big fish. We can limit it to bank fishing only at one spot or we can just name a lake and have a 5:30 start and 8:30 stop time. Im just wanting to have some fun.

any news on what the eggs look like in the females
at arrowhead. are they bloody yet. Just wondering
how close the spawn is.

I caught a monster female exactly a week ago and she was strait yellow. Dont know what they look like now cuz i havent been in a while!

I'm in! I agree with Sam on third bridge. Anybody else? No real competition, just a chance to meet some people.
