Hit lewisville around 8:30am and found fish at the first stop. We were motoring up above the fish and drifting through them.....before we could make the next drift, someone was already on the spot...I guess they needed the fish more than we did because it SEEMED as though they filled the cooler with limits and left. 45 minutes later, they were back at it again. No worries here, we caught at least 150 fish and kept 49 (we can't count very well, and it is always better to count less than more) for a fish fry. We left them biting hard at 11:30am.

Forgot to let the cat out of the bag....fish were most active in 20 to 26 feet of water...they like the slab close to the bottom with a little action this time. All females were full of eggs..it is just going to get better for the next few weeks!

Most fish were caught using Moestackleshop.com Fiesta Slab. We did catch a few on his "Thrifty Slab" too.

What kind of bass boat is it? Don't see too many fiberglass bassboats with a semi-v hull like that one?

Just another observation. We we're on the lake today and I think we may have seen you guys (that is "You" and "Sprint") just Southeast of Deadman's point. There was a group of boats there, but I just can't seem to recall anyone pulling up any Sandies. That danged ol Nitro of ours does like 60 mph, so we don't see much till we stop. We ended up heading to the shallows in coves and caught 4 largemouth. Everyone of them felt like "snags" until they were within 10 feet of the boat and then they started to fight. The fish today were "lethargic". Maybe from the front that came in. Didn't see anyone catching much of anything. Out of curiosity, the guy I saw that may or may not have been you (with "Sprint") was wearing shorts. Did he get cold? and put on fleece for the pic. Come on now, when and where did you really catch those fish? Was it back in Oklahoma? On another date? Maybe a few years back? Or is this old man just flat out mistakin? Or did you just get busted? Credibility wise, that is!

We were fishing out of my boat yesterday. I have a Tracker Deep V. We fished from 8:30 to 11:30am on Deadman's. We brought the fish back to my buddies house to fillet. We took the pic in front of his garage where his boat is at. His boat is an old sprint.
txskiff, please read the post above where I told people that the boat in the garage was my buddies, but we took my boat out today. I can't believe you continue to challenge me on this forum. I have sent you Pm's telling you exactly where the fish are. Congrats, you are now officially on my do not help list!

txskiff , Best ramble on post with out actually saying anything meaningful for the week. Nice way to make friends a ramble on calling out others (I think you were trying to call them out but not sure what you were rambling on about other than to tell everyone how fast your boat is). WOW! Just another observation. We we're on the lake today and I think we may have seen you guys (that is "You" and "Sprint") just Southeast of Deadman's point. Nice mess of fish there, Glad you got into them. My timing is terrible, we went friday morning and hit all the stops and could only catch 8"-10" sandies(nothing worth keeping), so we kept on moving. By the time my son and I got out on the lake saturday afternoon the wind had picked up so we stayed off the main lake and went up hickory to stay in calmer water. We only had 2 sandies with a crappie caught on a slab in 20' of water(that was different).
