I got tired of digging in my pocket for crappie nibbles everytime I needed one, or setting them on the floor, and stepping on the by accident. so what I did was put a small square of velcro (abt an inch by an inch) on the top of my trolling motor housing, then put the other part of the velcro, on a crappie nibble bottle. so when I put my trolling motor in the down position, and im ready to fish, I just put the bottle of crappie nibbles on top of the trolling motor housing and the velcro holds it securely in place. when im ready to go to a different area, I just screw the cap back on, pull the bottle off and stick it in my pocket, until I get to the next spot. this method keeps you from spending valuable fishing time picking nibbles off the floor, and they are always in easy reach.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

I was initially glueing the bottle to the top of the trolling motor housing, but my partner in crime ( jsplinter), actually suggested the velcro. and it works great... the more time you can spend doing productive things, like actually fishing, and not picking nibbles off the floor, or trying to search pockets to see where you put them, ect. the better results you will have at the end of the day.

Good idea. They need to invent a PEZ dispenser for nibbles, so it fits in a pocket better!

Good idea....until you forget to put the top back on the jar and pull the trolling motor up. Those things are really fun trying to pick out of carpeting

Great idea! CV (SLABmesilly for you new fellas) taught me a trick for the non-boaters. I now keep mine in some type of pop-top candy container (like mentos), and you don't have to worry about unscrewing the top every time you need another. It works like a charm.
