Shimano Cumara. Maybe a little higher than 150 but it is the most sensitive rod I have. lifetime over the counter warranty as well that will more than make up for the cost difference if you break some of the other mentioned here.

I'm really pleased with my Abu Garcia Veritas. Got it in a 6'6" medium action and you can feel everything down there very well.
