You can MOVE the bp with 10# mono as well.

+1 I just switched over and wish I did it sooner I love it. Suffix is what iam using not sure yea or nea on brand but love it so far and you ain't gonna move a pile unless your careless

Just get a good new pair of clippers. They should work fine. I've been using them on 10# all the way up to 65# for years. Also, if you'll tie a palomar knot, it won't come unraveled.


When in doubt, do without.
