Whats the rules on off limits time? I work odd hours and just curious if there are any rules on off limits times. Is this a three fish or five fish tourney?

3 fish, no off limits, livewells are checked, take off in order of entry.

Winds are supposed to lay down by 6 this evening. I plan to be there for the tournament, but might not be able to fish unless Brent finishs my boat today (which I'm sure he will). See y'all tonight.

Well how was the turnout and the fishing?

We had seven boats last night, which was pretty decent being that the winds were blowing over 25 mph. Fishing was tough on everyone as the wind seemed to be blowing into every stretch of the lake. Anthony had first place with a little over 7#s and big bass of 4.5. I got lucky and took second with one fish that was a little over 2.

Wind kept a lot of people from coming, but I'm sure we will draw atleast 20+ once we have some safer conditions with the wind. Benbrook Marina does a wonderful job of running things and they are super friendly. We have been blessed to finally have a good well ran marina on Benbrook.

If you're looking for an affordable weeknight tournament series with a great group of people then come check this out. I bet you will become a regular.

And for anyone that wants to fish it but just needs a partner I'd love to do some fishing and I wouldn't mind spitting costs of everything right down the middle. I've fished a few tourneys before so I'm not a begginer either.

Anyone interested in extending the time to 10pm? 6:30-10?

I have had to re-schedule numerous trips this month due to the wind, I have people ask all the time about windy conditions for benbrook becasue its such a small lake...well guess what small dont seem to matter with a south wind, no way to hide or get out of it.

Glad yall got this going again this year, and yes the people at benbrook marina are some of the best anyone will ever meet.
