Thanks Jon. I'll check for that next time. I can't remember if I got the blood out, but I usually do. The fish we caught in the White River in Ark. were great, but the water was crystal clear.

Well I caught a couple this morning and had a couple given to me so I brought home five fish. two were really smalla nd the other three were nice size. No problem keeping them cold this morning since it was like 38 degrees and drizzle. Cut the heads off and gutted. Pan fried them after rolling in a mix of Tony's and corn meal. Made some mac and cheese too. I think I will stick to crappie. At least I was able to bring home some lunch for me and my girlfriend.
