I've done a few deals on here and never had a bad one, and the latest is no exception. I just purchased some latches from Dave Hogge (dragmaster) and he went out of his way to make sure what he had was what I wanted. I just paid for them and they haven't shipped yet, but I know exactly what I'm getting. Real stand-up guy.

Just completed transaction with David at Shut up and Fish for Lowrance HDS 5 and Structure Scan module. Super nice man. Did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He arrived ahead of time and was waiting. I had it installed and on the water by 8:00 now I want another for the bow. I will be calling Dave

I purchased a Lowrance X135 sonar from him this week. He even agreed to meet me at Lake Fork, which was far closer to me in Longview than it was him in Baytown!)

We met Saturday for a burger at Big O Burger near Lake Fork, then we went to his place around the lake. He took the x135 out and hooked it up and took about 30 minutes to show me all the features it had since this is my first sonar. He then took me out to my boat and walked through step by step of how I need to install the equipment.

I really appreciate the attention he took with a newby and enjoyed the company.

heck I almost bought a Stratos from a guy here on TFF till my truck tranny took a dump on the way to buy it. It was just as he described plus it was a Rocket!! The only reason I have a Ranger is my son helped me buy it~~how many 28 year old sons help out ol dad? The guy with the Stratos may still have it for sale if anyone is interested I can give you his #. It is a 282 with a 150 Fastrike, rock solid compression, I think he is now at 6500.00
