My guess would be they left the motor down and drug it right off cause the ramp doesn't look that steep..... i spoke with my buddy that works out there and that is what happened..

Ive seen a dude do the same thing. he was backing down the ramp, obviously unsnapped at the nose, and his boat seemed to be more of a hurry to get in the water than the guy was. lots of commotion, not pretty. my 7 yr old heard many words she didnt need to hear.

I saw that same thing at the same ramp 10yrs ago. The guy had just greased his rollers.....slid all the way into the water. took off and turned right back around when the bilge came on
