That's weird... I catch a lot of good bass with spinner baits. I only use white double leaf Booyah's.
Big bait equals big BASS

knowing what to do next when fishing a tournament, you have fished your key spots with fast and slow moving baits, its after 12 pm, and you have not even felt a tap on your rod. Its hard for me to begin to think clearly and start all over with a new game plan because I didnt prepare for plan B. Plan B is to have some beer iced down in the truck when you get off the water after the tourney.

running the boat lane up Lil Caney, at night, with the lake 4' low... Scary thought there. Its bad enough during the day.

Great answer and to add to that--how about wind speed?? If they say 10-15 mph you can bet it will be 25 on the lake.

Finesse. I can't stand to fish a drop shot. I agree. +2 I'll usually pack up and go home before I try a drop shot.

Water depths from 6 to 10 ft. Put me in water shallower or deeper and can usely find fish. Just can not develop confidence in that depth, but have dedicated this year to finding the fish in those depths.
