Yes, everybody, I can laugh now....truth is. They aren't worth the 50 cents a bullet costs to take their life...I'm glad I did not hear them, for I would have made a rash decision....but under penal code 9.42. I have the right, however, officers would have the right, (if the perp died) to arrest me, that's thousands of dollars bail, court costs etc....I thank God I was alone, for if my gf was here and I heard, might have snuck out the back door, like I did on Halloween to some hs pranks, they got a forever mental picture...... and a noise that turned them white....

I have friends that are marines that served in iraq etc...

I don't want those memories to say the least....everything can be replaced...I posted this as just to info folks that stuff happens, and we have to acto accordingly to be able to fish tomorrow.....penal code 9 says I have the right...through experience, unfortunately, do not trust the judicial system to be exactly on your side.....DA.'s want votes......convictions and stats get votes.....better to be on the safe side and take the higher road.

I heard of a guy 10-15years ago in Pilot Point where some of the local High School football players parents houses got broken into during an away game. Well he stayed at home the next away game and hid, the thief showed up, broke into his house, and he shot and killed the guy inside of the house. No charges were filed against the homeowner! But no, you better be able to prove your life was in Danger! You CAN"T shoot someone for stealing. That's what makes us better than third world countries and their religions!!

What does their religions have to do with stealing? You think they steal more because they are Muslim? Muslims cut off the right hand of a thief. They only eat with their right hand and only wipe their butt with their left hand. How many one handed Muslims have you seen?

As for the OP, sucks that your wheels were stolen. A girl I know was walking out to her Yukon and found a guy under her truck. He was stealing her nerf bars and already had one of them off. She stopped and asked what he was doing. Luckily he just got out from under the truck and ran.

This same thing happened in plano a few weeks ago when it was very cold, the police said probably two teams the first team came by set the blocks and pulled the valve stems and unscrewed the motion light later another team came and pulled the wheels.

Unfortunately it seems for every good there is a corresponding evil. We'll never be rid of crooks but maybe we can hurt their market. Ask yourself why this guy is selling 4 matching tires and rims on craigslist for cheap before you write the check for example. It makes you wonder sometimes if what you are getting is hot or not.

Yeah I would agree with rxkid2001.....if a deal is so cheap think of what they had to do to get it.... and pass it by.

here in austin a convience store clerk got 10 years probation for shooting a buy who stole an 18 pack of beer. he only got the probation because he messed with the crime scene not for shooting the guy. he then left him there didnt call 911 and went back to work

Well you have to apply common sense to the situation....if the guy is selling tires and its obvious he got them legally - go ahead
