Can take anyone saltwater fishing on the coast when they get a chance. I promise it's more exciting than these Bass fishermen getting worked up over a 3 pound bass.

I'm in the Navy and will be in San Angelo for 3 months. I have been stationed in Hawaii for the last 8 years. Only thing is...I can't go outside 50 a mile radius without running a special request to leave area which takes about a week to get approved. I have almost all my rods and reels and enough tackle to catch some bass, just no boat sold mine before I left Hawaii, waiting on my truck to make it to Dallas before I get a new boat. I'm also looking to fish some tournaments if anyone needs a partner for a few months, I've fished American Bass tournaments in California and Arizona and use to do really well with my old partner and I've fished a whole bunch of smaller local Hawaii tournaments...Not saying I'm KVD but you won't have to baby sit me

He will soon be taking the sargents exam. his recent wife and baby are already there. Prior to marriage she was a sargent in the MARINES. I have some connections in Hawaii, they have a nice forum @ http://www.hawaiibassfishing.com/forum/There is also a local fishing club HFFA (Hawaii Fresh Water Fishing) It is a small club that is looking for more members. You don't have to own a boat to fish either, there are usually a few guys that will let people fish out of their boats. Their site is : http://sites.google.com/site/hffa808/There is a nice Lake on Oahu called Lake Wilson(Hawaii's best kept secret) they have Peacock Bass, Largemouth, smallmouth, catfish, bluegills and just about every aquarium cichlid i've ever heard of bust most common and easy to catch are the red devils. The peacock bass fishing is amazing in the summer and in the past 2 years the largemouth fishing has become quite awesome. Not uncommon to have 20-30 fish days(only a few will be over 2lbs though). Hope this helps

If you can get a chance to get to Lake Fork let me know I can go almost anytime. I have a very flexable schedule.
