How do you eliminate all info? It's "UNPOSSIBLE".

I'll bet that KVD's CPA this time of yr is busier than a cat covering up carp with all of his earnings and sponsor's...

"Bwaaaaaaahahahaaaa. Kevin has to fish with one hand from now on...." LOL!!!
You know, when Aaron (who is a top competitor at that level)turns to a microphone and says "He seems to be alot better than the rest of us...", that should be your clue.
Too bad he didn't take up golf instead. He could compete with Tiger any day, and without all of the moral baggage, to boot.

I know several of the Elite anglers and they will all tell you that when KVD is on, they're all fishing for second. Skeet's probably the only guy that would not admit that.

I think TF is the only one that got the point I was trying to make. Not to take any credit away from the KVD team. I too think KVD is the best out there at doing what it takes to win on today's professional level. I Did not mean to offend any KVD fans. Just like to see the classic in a way that outside info be eliminated as much as possible.

But, but, but he has stuff nobody else does,......like an underwater fish caller/feeding frenzy noise maker,....something. Seriously, did he use it? Is anybody talking about it? I'm certainly looking for "the right stuff"....
Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.

He stated that he was extremely excited for the launch of Hydrowave and his exact words stated " i have won a ton of tournaments using this kind of technology"

if this technology really works, it will have to be banned from tours. If it really effects the fish it will undermine the legitimacy of the sport.

Dude, Biosonix (that's the "other" technology Kevin referred to) has been around for years. Same technology, only this is digital.

One thing is clear from last year's Classic and the Classic this year... fishing is like the real estate bidness... its location, location, location... That being said, just how is it that they identify those locations in such a short time? I mean he was on the fish the first day both years and didn't move. There were miles and miles of water... how does he do it?
I don't fish tournaments, but the only way I find fish, is to fish the same lake all the time and fish frequently... and then occassionally I get a good day. For me, its just numbers.
Its also clear that those fellas you see blasting up and down the lake ain't catching... they are just boat riding, may as well be water skiing or wake boarding.

I would really like to see another Classic where the body of water is secret, and ANY/ALL "information" was not allowed. I would, too. For the first Bassmaster Classic Ray Scott loaded all the participants on an airplane and flew them to the secret location. But if BASS tried that today, as soon as the plane started descending toward Vegas every guy on it would be texting or calling his Lake Mead guide contact. Besides, BASS would much rather have the top contenders catching 20-28 pounds each day instead of going out and struggling to find fish on a lake that they have to fish "cold". It makes for better television and more excitement for the fans...and makes the pros themselves look better.
