Josh,
I will have room on the FJ for a vet's yak and will be glad to take him/her to my spots with me. If I decide to go to my big fish spot it will be about a 2.5 mile row in so be sure they are able to handle that if you give them my info. I will have any lures they need just tell them to bring one medium heavy outfit and one medium outfit and they will be good to go. Thanks Bert, I'll keep you in mind. 2.5 miles on way may be a bit far for him. If I find them where I think I will he won't have much of a row to keep up with me, the big fish spot is only if I can't find good fish or a kicker where I would prefer to fish. I should know when I prefish the weekend before and I will let you know then. Either way I am not fishing Johnson branch and I will be racking the kayaks to a launch point.

Just a reminder that I will only accept cash entry fees for the tournament. You may write Heroes on the Water a check for $20 for tax reasons and bring $20 cash for the entrance fee.

Neumie just called RR and they said the burn ban is lifted so lets get our bonfire on and have a good time. For those showing up on Saturday the gates will be opened at 5am instead of the normal 6am. Can't wait to see you all out there.

Anglers under the age of 18 must have a signed release from a parent(s) What if my parents aren't going to be there? Grandpa's bringing me down and transporting the kayak. Do I need to get something signed before?

Man.. That was some tough fishing.All the time I was fishing I was thinking of how I was getting my rear whopped up on. I had no idea everyone else was having a tough time too. With the cold temperatures, and the 55MPH winds that churned everything up the day before, it was a challenge to get anything to bite. I had a good time with Dean(District Paddle)and Jeremiah fishing with me. They made for some great fishing companions.
