Same with my 1999 202!

Drives me nuts when this happens. The OP posted about Champion/Stratos not Legend. There is a time and a place and nobody asked for the Legend plug.

maybe he's happy with his Legend? I'm pretty tickled with mine, lol.
But, I did a lot of fishing out of my old partners 201 Stratos (225 Vindicator) Great boat! Fast, handled well, rode well even when it was rough and fished great. Can't speak for the new ones but his old one was a fine boat. (did gather a few cosmetic stress cracks but nothing more than most other boats)
Seems like Stratos was making a move in North and NE TX, until BPS came to town and made a deal with Fin and Feather... Stratos disappeared after that, at least locally.
If you look around, most guys seem to run whatever the top circuits are pushing..

Saw these at the Tackle Show. Don't know why they just didn't keep the Champion name. That was a much bigger name.

I talked to Forest Woods brother a few months ago and he said that stratosphere had about 16% of the boat market and champion had around 8%. Don't quote me on exact numbers.

My 203 now has a new TM, Electronics, 250 XS, and they are working on the seats. Its hard to get away from this hull in the rough stuff.

What are you getting out of that motor on that hull?
