i dont let it dry, i just spray the mold, heat it up on a hot plate and start pouring, i respray about every 10 pours or so, and the wd40 shouldnt flash, if you use a light coating, it might smoke a little, and if you wear a mask, you should be fine with fumes.

Don't forget about me Crappie Catcher.

I can even powder coat them myself if you just want to send some blank slabs.

I wouldn't use WD40 on my molds. You'll hook less fish. grin bolt

To let your bait pour smoother and come out of the mold easier put about 1/2 food warmer candle, without the wick in your hot lead ( it will flame up ). This is a cheap way to flux your lead.

Nice looking slabs and certainly worth doing for personal use but when you talk about selling them Whats your time worth? Buying Slabs are DIRT DIRT cheap in your area Not a chance of competing unless you are willing to give your time away!!!!
