I still wear my old thin Frogg Toggs rainsuit for everyday stuff. It has a few little holes but its almost 10 years old.
I have several newer ones and one stays in the boat for unexpected weather. I've put a hole in one pair that was supposed to be heavy duty or at least the material was thicker. Split a seam in the crotch and I'm not sure if its the suits fault or Jack in the Box.

save your money - they do not breath, the zippers dont work half of the time and you will get wet if there is any rain more than a sprinkle

I have I older ones and they were terrible.. I bought the amphibious jacket to use for a light weight wind breaker which in my opinion is all frogg toggs are good for.

I have the bib and jacket. Paid $100 total at BPS. Have stayed completely dry when I've had to wear them. Warm too.

I use them with my coveralls in the winter and am fine...just make sure you spray them and the coveralls with silicon spray and you should be fine.

My friend has the heavier/thicker material, and he likes 'em fine. you do have to be careful of ripping them at the seams, be sure they're big enough to go over your other clothing.
