What a fish!! Just curious, what do you do with a catfish that large? I've eaten much smaller but never one that big so I was just wondering.

You berp it, take video's, lots of pictures and return it to the lake to grow larger. That's exactly what happened. I was there. Every catfish over 10 pounds was carefully released.

It was a fun fish to catch. I knew i could land it if i would take time. The fish was not coming in. I just kept pressure on the rod. Let the drag do the work on the fish. When she came closer i reeled her in. For a long time i just hung on and let her pull the boat. It took about 15 minutes. She was measured, had her weight taken. Photos, video. She was very popular. She was handled with care and released. I had a great time.
