I have fished that creek for 7+ years and have seen tracks and droppings but never seen a hog.I usually am out of there by dark..I wont be surprised if I should happen to see one.

I live close to the creek and there are alot of big ones! I guess I've been lucky so far-I never see them or really thought about them being there, but it makes sense that they are there. I've been there 25-30 times over the years and have yet to see anything more than a few horses or cows.

It not the kind of thing that deters me, but I'm aware of them along with any other possible dangers that come along with being outdoors.

Yesterday would have been great in the morning but the pressure started rising and hasn't stopped yet. I'm looking forward to seeing what this cold front moving in after the weekend is going to do. Should be good for shallow water fisherman on both cats and crappie. I took the day off tomorrow (as long as my boss doesn't give the screw job today) so I could go fishing. I'll probably be out on the creeks unless the pressure is up I decided to go insearch of some big blues instead.
