academy is limited...the good stuff yu need many times has to come from a more extensive or specialized place. its hard to beleive yu cant walk into an academy and find a bigger circle hook these days.

A circle hook you let the fish load the rod, and give the reel a few cranks before you pick up the rod!!!

A kale hook, when you get a bite, you get to try to cross the fishes eyes!!!

Make sure you snell your hooks!

Academy here in Sa Antonio carries 7/0 Gama circles.

Don't set the hook. Easier said than done when you have been setting the hook your hole life. But he is correct.

Yea, I think Eric had to tell me that probably 25 times the first time I used circle hooks...

Olsen's in Lake Worth and Fun-N-Sun in Hurst also have the bigger circle hooks.
