Anyone have any input on these baits?

I still have quite a few of Bruce's sensations, wacky worms, wacky craws, ribbontail worms and 8" blk/blu flake/blu tail worms. The latter remains my all-time #1 night fishing bait at Fork. Bruce made a great product that still works today.

Another guy from Ft Worth named Donnie Morris made Morris Skirted Worm weights, of which I still have many. Excellent jig look-a-like more but weedless and snagless. There's a new bait out now that is very similar, though the name escapes me, "slip jig" or something like that.

These were two of my favorite local manufacturers back in the day. Funny how so many lures we buy today came from the blueprints of yester year.

I remember one of my favorites being the chatterbox. We used to slay em on em out at cypress back when it it was good with grass.

I was the Jawtec Rep for 5 years and traveled all over the mid-southern USA selling his baits. At the time it was the hottest soft plastic going. Berkley was just getting the Powerbait worms going but their selections were limited to a 7" ribbon tail in a few colors. Lucky Strike was our only real competitor back then. I know there are guys out there that would love to have a few packs of Studbugs...

Bruce still lives in Forney with his family.

I had an offer from Bruce a few months ago to buy the stud bugs he has left in stock. He did not want to sell specific colors, just the whole lot of assorted colors for one price.

The Black, blue flake, with blue tail stud bug was a fish magnet on most any lake. Especially at night. I still have about 10 bags left. I bought all I could find (70 or 80 bags) when I heard they were no longer being made. They still work with a little scent added to freshen them up.

I would also buy some more if they were avaiable.

I was helping out someone from the forum who was looking for them originally, but I lost his contact info. I was hoping he would see this post and I could give him first dibs since he had inquired first.
