mstewart. They now have a non resident 6 day for $35.00. The $10.00 trout stamp is no more. But the non resident fishing is now $55.00. It looks like a huge increase from the $42.00 it was last year but if you purchased a trout stamp as well you were paying $52.00. So It isn't that huge of an increase. Also Texoma Lic is $12.00.

Those of you that did buy a lifetime fishing I only just now discovered OK enacted a "conservation passport" for $26 a year if you want to enter or fish at any of Oklahoma's WMAs. With the lifetime fishing, you are exempt from purchasing the conservation passport.

Wildlife Conservation Passport: (formerly Blue River Conservation Passport)

- The Wildlife Conservation Passport costs $26 and is required of all persons who enter or use the areas listed below for nonhunting and nonfishing related activities, unless exempt.

- Individuals who possess any current hunting or fishing license issued by the ODWC are exempt from this passport, with two exceptions. Holders of the resident 2-day fishing license and the nonresident 6-day fishing license must still purchase a Wildlife Conservation Passport.

- Also exempt are residents who are under 18 years of age on the first day of the calendar year; and students and instructors participating in educational activities sponsored or organized by an educational institution; or any other organized event sanctioned and approved in advance by the Department.

- Areas covered by the Wildlife Conservation Passport are:
