The last one was good even though the fishin wasnt... i did catch a smallmouth what weighed 8lbs.

that would be bigger than the state record for all tackle, nice looking fish no doubt, but doesnt look to be 8 lbs.

Directions to Eisenhower State Park: From TX Highway 75 north of Denison, TX. Take Exit # 72 west toward the Denison Dam. The store Daves Ski and Tackle is located on this corner. At the edge of the Texas side of the Denison Dam, turn left onto 1310. Follow 1310 to the park entrance. Once in the park follow the signs to the Rec Hall area.
