They have her awake. Removed the breathing tube at 7:30am. She is squeezing hands to communicate and asking for ice. All good signs. They have started her on Pain Med's, now that she is awake, so she is back to resting. Blood Pressure remains good, although she still has a tube in her heart to assist with the pumping, as to not put to much pressure on the New Valve Replacement.
At 8:30am they removed the tube in her heart that was assisting with the heart pumping. So she is functioning on her own. May be able to go to room in the morning, instead of 3-5 days in ICU, and then 3 in a room.
So, she has been woken, but is back to resting due to Pain Med's. You guys have a direct line to "The Man". Keep'm coming, He is listening.
