I need some parts for my 2000 Champion 181DC 25th Anniversary Edition. Since Champion is no longer in business, what are my chances of finding parts? Is there someone who still supplies parts for them?

Ok, my bad. I thought that I heard that they quit making them. Thanks! I called them and they are now owned by Ranger boats. She said that their parts book does not go back as far as 2000. Dang!

What parts are you looking for? Cause if you need windshields, they were made by Custom Mold and Tint. Seats....best to have the local upholstery guy recover them. Steering/pumps/door latches/lighting/handralils/etc,etc, are all readly available at your local marina. As well as carpet. The only parts that were exclusive to Champion were items like doors, or anything that was made out of fiberglass.......with the exception of decals.

The front control panel where the trolling motor plugs in is broken. It is a carbon fiber looking molded plastic bezel that holds the trolling motor plug and two switches. It is definitely a Champion only piece. I guess I could find one off of another boat and make it work.

Thanks guys, I found exactly what I was looking for. The number 3 bow panel, looks like I'd have to drill the hole for the trolling motor plug. But, the price is going to keep me away. $85.00 Yikes!!! http://www.candomarineparts.com/ChampionSwitchPanels.html

We have built those front panels out of clear lexan and then paint the backside black or a color match color of the boat. Works great. and Lexan don't break---ever.

85 doesnt sound bad to me on a non current part I agree ... Ranger doesn't own Champion, Platinum Equity owns Ranger, Champion, Stratos and several other boat brands including Triton. They consolidated all the bass boats to the Ranger plant in Flippin. Champion was also consolidated under the Stratos brand so now the 3 Elite hulls, 188, 202 & 210 are now Stratos Champion Elite series ... Here's the Link to the Customer Service info posted on BBC. I also have a post over there for a lot of the OEM links for parts and troublshooting.
