looks good but i believe i will substitute the fish for some shrimp i eat mine fried as well I will let you know how it turns out.

Jalape�os would be awesome, just throw them on top with the onions so they cook good. As for the mushrooms,

Sub the jalapenos for the olives....I hate olives.

The olives are what really bring out this recipe, I didn't think I would like it, but they mix very well with the fish. Don't add any salt unless you want to on your plate, the olives give it a perfect salt mix.

Did you ever figure what that fish is??? I swear I "caught" the same dang fish on Ray Roberts this past Sunday. I say "caught" because the dang thing rolled next to the boat and snapped my leader. Weighed a ton and was fun to bring up on a light rod. Anyhow, I have looked everywhere online and can't figure out what it is. Thanks for your help.
