Julios, or Pappasitos doesn't really belong in a conversation about Joe T's

the nachos at the beginning of the meal, & the refried beans make Joe T's the greatest

along with atmosphere & bad a$$ margaritas

i will admit i am not an enchillada expert or fan

Joe T's is the place you take your Yankee friends or clients. It has an interesting atmosphere, good margaritas, and is big and loud and your Yankee friends and clients don't know what good Mexican food is anyway.

It's okay. No big deal. Then again, most places aren't any big deal. I like Joe T's. I'm with Butch, I like the nachos. The margaritas are good and strong and the salsa is some of the best I've ever had. I don't get over to Fort Worth very often, but Joe T's is better than any Mexican food in Dallas.

I like Joe T's. and all of the other places mentioned above. The only Mexican place I haven't enjoyed is a place called Jacalito's in Gun Barrel City, other than that it's all been good.

The thing with Joe T's is the Margarita's. Drink a couple, who cares what the food tastes like....

The patio is nice in good weather, but I only eat there with out-of-town people. This is not the place for good Tex-Mex food.

El Asadero on North Main has the best beef fajitas in Fort Worth and whoever comes in second is a long way back.

About every other year the Fort Worth Observer gives them the nod for best in Fort Worth.

Joe T's is kind of a tourist deal and the place to see and be seen.

try Papi's in Argyle and see how you like it...next door to the FD.

If they're "way overrated", then why is there a line down the road from 5 o'clock on? They must be doing something right.
