but an almost impossible enforcement siutuation, if the original boater was fishing then its not hole sitting. Maybe just maybe he was not doing any good and when they drove up he decided it was time to give up the spot.

To many "maybes" and monday morning quarterbacks.
But it wont be resolved here on the TFF.
I think it was this tournament,or i think it was this wrap on the boat wont fly.
It is a problem that would have to be dealt with by the tournament officials.
If you want to persue this, do it via PM.

Only value to discussing cheating, is just maybe for some it might be a determent, e.g. a team might hear their cheating was reported on tff and decide to not do it again in future tournaments.. maybe not, but just maybe..
