Can't have a topic like this without Clint Wright in the mix. Truly one of the best teachers. I've learned a ton from him.

Any of the top guides on Lake Fork can teach you whatever you want to know about electronics. Of the one's mentioned that I have fished with, either Lance Vick or Mark Pack. Fantastic deep water structure fishermen.

I also know for a fact that Tom Redington, James Caldemeyer and John Tanner spend a lot of time out, and can read electronics and fish deep structure with the best of them. I hear nothing but good about Clint Wright, as well.

Stick with long time, established Lake Fork guides who also fish professionally, which all of the six mentioned above do. They're established because they consistently provide excellent service, put their clients on fish and have a very high % of return customers.

Lance Vick 903-312-0609
Mark Pack 903-473-1132
Tom Redington 214-783-1795
James Caldemeyer 903-736-9888
John Tanner 800-865-2282
Clint Wright 903-342-3497

James Caldemeyer http://www.officiallakeforktrophybass.com/ and John Tanner http://www.lakeforkbassguide.com/ are both experts on deep structure and electronics and have great reputations. If you're wanting to come south a ways to Rayburn or Toledo Bend, Ben Matsubu is a also master at electronics - contact him through Mid Lakes Resort http://www.midlakecampground.com/

Stephen Fatherree. My 11 year old daughter and I went with him in June and caught 30 plus 4-5 pound bass. My daughter was his number 1 priority. He tended to her every need. He ask her opinion on things. I couldn't have ask for a better day. He showed me a few new techniques.

I'm sure these other guys are great, I've just never fished with them.

I can tell you that Clint Wright is great. He can put you on fish, and treats you great.

+1 on Ronnie Kelley. Ive fished with him several times this summer and he knows his stuff! He hasnt been guiding on Fork as long as some of the others mentioned above, but he will go above and beyond to teach you what you want to learn and you will have a great time in the process; not to mention, he will put you on the fish! The best up and coming guide on the lake in my opinion who will bend over backwards to make sure that your trip is successful.

I've fished with Rick Loomis twice for the exact same thing. I was impressed. He spent alot of time showing what I was looking for on my graph, and also showed me how to set mine up.

Got to put my .02 in here. I know several of the guys mentioned in the post but I have to give a +1 for Clint. I have known Clint for many years now and can tell you he is good people. Not just when it comes to fishing but just an all around great guy. He is very knowledgeable in many areas and willing to help in any way that he can. He has patience to teach the young and even the stubborn older guys.

In all fairness, really, you can't go wrong with any of the names listed in the previous posts. All of them have spent many hours on the lake and are very customer oriented to their customers needs.

Take your pick, go out and have a good time.

Have not fished Fork in a long time but will also throw out an opinion. I think fouzmn nailed it when he said any of the top guides. There are a lot of guides on Fork and those that are considered to be the top guides have risen to that level against some pretty stiff competition. Think you would get info from any of those.
