American RodSmith Wrekin Stix -- Flip/Pitch. 7.4 H action. Deep t-rigging and football jigging. Very sensitive and turns big fish quickly. Perfect big fish set-up.

I have all shimano crucials and 1 shimano cumara 7'2" MH XF. That cumara is the best rod I have ever handled. Mainly my worm rod but I can do everything but punch thick grass with it. Mainly for fear of breaking my baby.

Although you can't beat the no questions asked warranty!

A lesson I learned a little while ago is while some of these small custom rod guys make great products, how reliable and available they are can be a BIG issue. I love quality rods but until I find an independent I can trust that will be there when I have an issue with the product, I'll stick with the major manufacturers who have a good customer service record. Examples are St Croix, American Rodsmith, Falcon to name a few.

Favorite rod: Texas Sidewinder Pro 6'6" Med. It's light, sensitive, and looks good. I love the spiral wrap. I use it with 8-10 lb. fluorocarbon.
Best all-around rod: Shimano Cumara 6'8" MH Fast. Can pretty much do anything I need it to do.

Megabass Diablo MH F 6'8"

Feel more between MH and Heavy and very sensitive. I use it for senkos, 1/4 shaky heads, t -rigs and the ocassional spinnerbait.

Curious as to how you would compare and contrast the extra fast vs. the fast action?
