I dont slow down in a marked boat lane or an unmarked one. I have gotten the middle finger a few times on Ray Hubbard from those that fish the stumps by the golf course but I aint slowin down in that mine field. I am sure I wasnt the first one to do that to them anyway. The guys that idle through there have given me the finger a few times as well, but they usually end up runnin right behind me and saving about an hours worth of idle time! Your welcome to those guys!

That does not mean I will run right by someone fishing just because I can, but if you are fishing in a boat lane dont get pizzed when someone uses it for what it was designed for.

Maybe we should make up a universal flag system. Green flag on light pole means buzz on by, red flag means idle by, yellow means give me more wake so I fall in the water to cool off.

Fishing out on a point Saturday, and three kids on a jet ski, would circle me about 3 times laugh and run off, after about the 3 time I slung my C-rig at them, I could have hit them but knew better. Just wanted to get their attention, the driver gave me the #1 sign and left. The good thing was that it stirred up the fish and they started biting.
