when a big company is ate up, its usually at the top levels that are causing all of the problems. the worker bees are doing thier jobs, but then someone convinces the upper level of managment that they can increase thier bottom line by millions and improve customer satisfaction at the same time. It all looks great on paper, but it doesnt work in the real world. Greedy short sighted executives who want to get rich quick, without doing much work are usually the problem. I predicted Sears would collapse 2 years before it happened, I was working for them and could see how unhappy thier customers were. If you have 2 different brands of fishfinders that work about the same, cost about the same, but product support, longevity, and resale sucks one one brand, why would you even consider buying it?
