I'm with you nogeese. It's not supposed to do this in June. With no wind, it may be hot, but at least you can get out.

Seriously, can't y'all just put the wind to your back and throw with the wind instead of against it? Find a nice cove that isn't wind blown?

As of yesterday..I now know what its like to try and drive an alum fishing boat in whitecaps.. the only good part was being cooled off..ie getting real wet.
we retreated to a cove..much better.

I've had enough with this wind. It has been pretty windy all week too.

I can deal with it. I wish it would slow down just a little though......Sure beats a 100 degree day with the water looking like glass though!

Fished Hubbard Thursday in the southern breezes, found yellow bass at every drop, sand bass at 13-17 feet on wind blown side of humps. Dropped anchor at Robertson's, got lucky as it dug in when the boat got to the marker buoy. Stayed on that group for more than an hour. Trim engine up, throttle up quick, keeep the nose high as you make power runs back around to your buoy. Good luck!
