I could do it but I'm working about a 24 hour plane trip (with layovers) away from DFW right now. The best way to do it is to tie up and fish lighted boat docks, humps, points and roadbeds..etc.. that way the boater gets some rest and the batteries/ gas/ oil use is minimal. Back when I was too poor for a room we spent the whole weekend on the water.A one burner stove for coffee is a must for me.Coldest I have ever been was in August sleeping on the boat with a heavy dew and no cover.Eat Sleep Fish...for real. I guess it was August 1991 we when we left Dallas about 3PM it was 105 deg in the shade and it got down to 64deg that night at Fork.. fishin in T-shirts it was just too cold to handle. So we ended up back in the pickup with the heater on & teeth chattering around 3AM. We sure have paid them dues for some great fishing.. but would not trade the experiences for anything.
