i've been wanting to get in on something like this, but it depends on the lake.. Cypress is a good lake with not too much to worry about while running at night. and maybe by september some of those jetfleas will be back in school!

Cedar Creek could be fun for it. Summer/Fall fishing around lighted docks could be fun!

We used to fish 10Pm to 10Am in our club night tournaments July and August.. 12 hours is a beating running the trolling motor. I could do it but I'm working about a 24 hour plane trip (with layovers) away from DFW right now.

The best way to do it is to tie up and fish lighted boat docks, humps, points and roadbeds..etc.. that way the boater gets some rest and the batteries/ gas/ oil use is minimal. Stay Hydrated and take lots of Ice for the fish and youselves.

Yall be safe and have fun!
cheers

Man I remember them too poor DAZE all too well myself... I had a camper shell.

I guess it was August 1991 we when we left Dallas about 3PM it was 105 deg in the shade and it got down to 64deg that night at Fork.. fishin in T-shirts it was just too cold to handle. So we ended up back in the pickup with the heater on & teeth chattering around 3AM. We sure have paid them dues for some great fishing.. but would not trade the experiences for anything. That which does not kill you... only makes you stronger!
cheers
