I've got a 30gal baitwell that I bought at Academy and runs on a 12 volt marine battery. Allows me to catch bait and keep 'em alive overnight for those early morning fishing trips. The trick is having a well with large water volume. A 5 gal. bucket wont keep but a few bait alive for long.

I was raised in Buda but actually live closer to Kyle now. Not far from Hays HS.

I was going to go to Port A this weekend but the offshore forecasts looked a little sporty. Decided to save money and wait for better conditions. May try next weekend depending on conditions.

Just got a report from my brother. He's fishing of Port A out by the anchored ships. 4 kings so far and starting to get some action. Going to go after the ling once he gets their limit of kings.
