Motor title, come on guys. I just titled a boat three months ago and the motor was flagged as stolen at one point in time, the gal at tpwd made one phone call and bam papers were done. No dont worry about the motor title. If it aint stolen and you know it then go to the darn lake and fish!!!! Those guys dont care about a little slap on motor! They care about public safety, drunks, and poachers!!! Thats the truth.

One thing about it. If it is not titled and it gets stollen, you cannot claim it if it does get recovered. You have no proof of ownership. Not even if you have pictures of the motor and pictures of the seriel number. NOPE---no proof of ownership what so ever. Not even will your mommy get it back.

Yes I break the law every time I drive I wont wear a dam seatbelt and yes Ive been caught twice.
So youve NEVER broken a law???? Yes I have....but I've never told someone else to..
